Motion Pro makes custom cables & probably other places. maybe Barnett.
91 cm seems kind of short already, but maybe look into a GPz or a smaller motorcycle.
Z1Enterprises lists the stock 750E cable as 39.75" (101 cm), but I didn't see one for a 550 GPz or 750 GPz & didn't look for
any others. At Z1Ent if you search by model, cables are listed in the maintenance section.

I'm using an OEM GPz cable on my 750E, along with superbike bend bars which are quite a bit lower than stock. Wish I wrote down the PN of the cable I found because it's shorter than stock but has the proper end fittings to work with both the hand control and carbs (even though the GPz's used Mikuni carbs and the E's used Keihin carbs.) My clutch cable is a GPz part too. Motion Pro does make a lot of different cables but can't say I'm impressed with the quality. I'll take OEM over MP any day.
