Can someone tell me what these brakets are? The 90 degree on looks like a stop for the turn signal but what’s the other one for? Side note: looking to change to smaller led turn signals. With it being led, would I need a new flasher or load resistors?

Those are just hooks for bungie cords to hold the 6-pack in place.
Fully electronic flashers in place of the stock thermal one will be needed. The good ones will often require running an extra ground to the flasher.

In the parts diagrams if you look close enough, you can see the bungee hooks.
The auto parts store may have an electronic flasher. Novitas are either made or assembled in USA.
