Spacer with spring seat is 41mm
Upper tube length is 615mm overall
Lower from axle cap split is 345mm

Found this torque spec page in the kz manual. The Allen isn’t called out
The next page in the manual has generic torque per bolt size and pitch. Top paragraph states to only use this if the specific bolt is not covered in the previous page.
It’s a 10mm bolt but I don’t have thread pitch gauge. Then I used this spec for my ‘78 B2 rebuild I did this past fall...

I’m sure I’d be safe at the 14.5-19 ft lbs that Ed’s chart calls out. Basing that on the B2 spec and the general diameter/pitch chart

...and don´t forget to use a new copper washer under the Allen head bolt or you have to do your work twice!!!

Thank you... I pulled out what looked like a fiber or plastic washer.... I used copper on my ‘78... no leak yet... is the fiber original?

On all fork i have done a copper was used and never ever found any fiber washer.

I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

When I rebuilt my Z1 forks I found fiber. But if you order OEM as I did you will get copper.
