They have no part number. Kayaba shocks that used in Zephyr 550-750-1100 all have rod diameter 12.5mm . So any bumps that fit 12.5mm rod would do.

Or just search through google or ebay "shock bumper" and choose suitable rubbers.

However trick is not to find those rubber but replace it. There is a rebounding adjuster in lower end of Kayaba shocks. Mark "1"on adjuster correspond the largest hole in adjusting rod (see attached pictures) . So you may end messing up rebound adjuster.

Here is my version of rebuild tutorial for Zephyr 550 shocks. It would be mostly same with 750 shocks except of spring preload adjusters.

Just cut them and remove. They don't serve any useful purpose, and rot very quickly. . I changed mine to same KYB rear shocks for the ZRX1100 , they are identical and bolt on, just a bit stiffer, and those rubbers disintegrated in no time...again......I simply removed them and wear the naked nut under them.

Couldn't agree with that. They do serve very useful purpose indeed. When you get some shitty road under your wheels, your shocks began to do their full travel and those rubbers prevent steel nut on lower head from bumping right into shock body’ aluminum cap.

I'm sure that installing those bumpers on the shocks did not save the shock company money. So to me it seems illogical that they would pay for the bumpers and the labor to install them if they did not serve a real purpose. Ed

Any one his own, ……..mine have been without those rubber for 10 years now, the KYBs still look like new and no harm whatsoever.....not an issue whatsoever...…...I'd better move to something more important.
