75 kz400 fork assembly

hey guys I bought this bike in pieces and now its time to re assemble.
got new seals already but need to know the following.
-first off am i missing any parts
-how exactly does this go back together
-what kind of oil do i use ( i weight 190lbs and live in alberta aka shitty roads don't want to be to soft )
if any one has a good video or guide or service manual thanks in advance.

Kawasaki.com & Partzilla have parts diagrams. partzilla is easier to use.
KZ400.com has a pdf factory service manual. not sure how much detail it will have on the fork reassembly.
Some of the links on the manual page don't work, but scroll down >> the bottom section has the individual scans from the manual.
Warning: from what others have reported: the forums there may harm your computer. But the tech pages seem to be okay.

Take a look at the link below. Regarding fork oil - I have used Bel Ray 15w Fork Oil for many years in my KZ650 and it works great. I weigh a bit more than 200 lbs. Ed

If those are the original springs, I think it would be a good idea to replace them now. Even just the weight of the bike not moving will compress them over time. Progressive, Sonic and Race Tech are the places I would check first.
