Brake line touch front fender

I have a problem with the front brake lines touch the fender when I`m driving....
Please see attached photo, I have installed some spacers on the mounting bracket, it help, but I need to get the brake lines even more out (away from the fender).
I was thinking I can use a plastic tube and use some cablestrips... ?

I have used a stell tube as a example of what I was thinking, see picture below.

If the brackets for the hoses are all correct to the bike then the only thing to do is find other brackets to bring the hoses further out from the fender while still looking good. The other option is to split a rubber hose length wise and wrap it over your hoses where they touch the fender. Sort of similar to an isolator on emergency brake cables and hydraulic brake lines. I wouldn't try to put a piece in between the hoses. That would look awful strange.

Some break lines are 180 degree turnable at the Banjo fittings in both directions.



In your case you have to turn the lines like this to get away from the fender.

They are not orginal, but should have the correct length...
I can have some protection on... but the brake lines it self is good protected, its the paint on the fender who have problems... hehe

Can it be I need to unmoun the line and twist it around or something to get the line point out instead of in.... ? I need to look more into these , have the winter todo it now

I have checked these with the brake line supplier, and its not possible

if your using aftermarket stainless lines, they will always have a curve to them when new. You need to orient the curve away from the fender when you tighten the banjo and swivel down (if you have it). Or could just let it rub. might cause a small wear spot but nothing to really worry about if they are stainless lines.
