Has anyone used a Pit Bull hybrid head lift on your kz900 or 1000? I seems like a lot of money to put out for it not to work without removing the stem lock and front brake splitter. The gal I talked to seemed to just want to sell me one. It would be nice to put it in the air for the winter.

I have one, but my Kz's don't have the splitter or the lock, so i cant help you there. I will say its a great front stand and makes removing the wheel/forks a breeze

Im wondering if I would have to remove the splitter or if I can leave it in place. The gal gave me conflicting pin size as why Im asking

ended up making my own pin for a tighter fit. the ones that came with it worked but were a little too small
