Kz650 B2 1978 Front Caliper Piston

Hi everyone,

I'm currently rebuilding my front calipers (yes there is two of them, i don't know if it was originally like this or if one of the past owner did the modification) and i need to replace the pistons.
When i check for parts i see that the diameter of the piston is 42mm and when i measure mine i get 42.8mm.
Does anyone know if those two are the same and the original parts or if i need a special one?
