I'm also looking for a set of 4. Well, 3. I managed to find one. I'll see if I can dig it out and take some measurements for you.

I eventually managed to find it.  It's basically two washers glued on to a rubber disk.  The OD of the disk and washers is pretty much the same, but one washer has an inside diameter smaller than the rubber ID, and one washer has an ID that is slightly larger than the rubber ID.  

Here are the dimensions:

OD:  30.3 mm
Overall thickness: 9.33 mm
Small washer ID: 8.72 mm
Large washer ID: 14.14 mm
Rubber ID: 12.4 mm
Thickness of rubber ring alone: 5.65 mm

Sorry.  I don't have a collar to measure.  But that part is still available from Kawasaki.  

For the collar ID, the Z1R diagram says the bolt that goes through the collar is an M8 so it should fit that bolt

For the OD, I'm guessing the collar should fit inside the rubber ring, so it would need to be around 12mm OD or less.

Looks like maybe around 16mm?
