PDM Triple Tree

Hello: I hate to bother you, but while looking at the threads in this "new to me" forum, I noticed a really nice looking custom triple tree with built in brake line splitter. I believe it was made by PDM Fabrication. Can anyone tell me how I can reach them via email? I don't do Facebook at all. I may be putting the cart in front of the horse, but I am having a 1976 KZ900 restored and I would like to install dual front brake discs on it versus the single. While I want to retain the originality of the bike having this custom made triple tree with built in brake line splitter makes tons of sense even if not OEM. Does anyone know the cost of having this custom triple tree made up? Thanks much for any help offered and just so you know I am brand new to this forum so please excuse any errors in use,
