KZ400 250R ninja

Hello guys, I am building a Kz400 cafe racer. I swapped the rear swing arm for a Ninja 250r one, fitted all the brakes and made a quick rig for each shocks on the side. However I am using the wheel of the 250r, As anyone does this swap before and was it a success .
