KZ750 18in front tire swap

Does anyone know of an easy swap in 18" front wheel to replace the stock 19" on a 1976 kz750 twin?

Perhaps a kz400 18" front rim laced up to the 750 hub using kz400 spokes?

Yes, Later KZ400 - 78 is identical. even has the 4 holes on opposite side for a dual disc.

The KZ400 hubs I have seen look the same as the KZ650 and up hubs but are lighter duty.
There is less mass in the center. Also check the diameter of the spokes KZ400 vs. the KZ750B.

A KZ400 weighs a bit less than 400 lbs. A KZ750 twin weighs about 500 lbs. Before swapping I would make sure the smaller wheel would be able to handle the weight difference without any problem. Ed
