Are there longer kickstands, or kickstands that help the bike stand up a bit more, for KZ650s 750 Twins and 900s?

My son has a green 1976 KZ 750 Twin along with his KZ650, while my other son has a 77 KZ750 twin and a KZ650. has anyone replaced their kickstand with an aftermarket, and if so, which?

As I recall, these came in two lengths, being regular (as shown in the above pics) and also a longer version (perhaps intended for bikes with extended forks).

My "80 KZ1000 LTD had a short kickstand which gave it a big lean when on the sidestand. (It also had no center stand.) I replaced it with a stock Z1 sidestand, which is about 2 inches longer.

If you don't have the correct attaching bolts you will bend the two tangs on the attaching end of the sidestand and this will also give the bike more lean.

Not really helpful. Youve provided no searchable details, just a photo of some generic kickstand of which there are thousands on Ebay.

Maybe take a measurement of yours . I know the one on my turbo is longer then the one on my 550 but look like they mount the same . Then maybe we would have a better chance of figuring out what would work . Or at least that would help getting an aftermarket one .

A member needed one for his KZ 1000 ST. I sent him one I got from another member now I'll have to get another for myself. The ST's are longer.
