On mine,Im sure there are three in the front. Two short blots holding the mount on the right hand side of the frame and one long one that passes all the way through.
Did you strip the bike yourself or did it come in boxes?

Are you talking about 92001 D, E, F? They appear to be bolts (threaded on one end only.), so I wonder if one was replaced with a non- factory part along the way?

OK I finally got back to the bike. The rod is pictured below. The unthreaded portion is 5/8" diameter and the rod is 11-1/2" long. I've had 2 people look to see where it goes with no answer. Thanks and hope everyone has a safe, healthy and happy New Year. Jon

Carburetors??
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

Home made and can only offer a guess.
Some bikes added a brace to the frame between the frame rails at or above the rear top engine mount.
But never scene it done with a bolt like shown
I doubt you need it
