No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationThis might be useful information for someone. The rear brake master cylinder on my Z100 J1 developed a leak, I couldn’t source a replacement so I took a chance on one of these.
It wasn’t exactly a straight forward replacement but with a little bit of fettling it works pretty well. I was also able to use the original fluid reservoir.

When I rebuild my rear cylinder I got all the parts I needed, so it can be possible for you also.
1981 KZ650-D4, with 1981 z750L engine (Wiensco 810 big bore).

Looks like a good industrious fix. Think I'd move the attachment points before moving the point where the pushrod attaches to the brake lever arm though.

Regarding rebuilding the old master, that's a fine idea assuming the bore of the master isn't corrosion pitted. I had a big problem finding a good master for my 750 and wound up buy three different samples before finding a good one.
