78 650B REAR inner tube size?

Need inner tube for my 78 kz650B. Can someone tell me what size is the correct size. Do I use the tire size 4.00 18 for the inner tube size also?

I use a Metzeler ME-F18 tube in the rear tire of my 1978 KZ650. It's the correct size (see link below). Ed
