Please, I need help on how to remove the brake pads from the calipers so I can rebuild the calipers on my bike...Thank you...anyone!!!!

If you need a service manual for the motorcycle, search eebbaayy for KZ750 Shaft Manual & get one that covers at least thru 1984. There are usually at least a couple reasonably priced. Kawasaki manuals have a model application chart on the back cover & some sellers include a photo of the chart.
Your brakes are probably pretty much the same as the KZ750 chain drive models. On those the manual says to remove the caliper holder shaft bolts, lift the caliper off the holder, and remove the pads. Be sure to note how the pad springs & anti-rattle spring clips are installed. I use Permatex Ultra disk brake caliper lube in the little packets. and also use it on the levers, brake pedal shaft & cable ends as it stays put, is waterproof and resists dust & grit.
