This is a 16'' harley style rim from the late 70s , a period hotrod mod.
I think it's date coaded , possible Borrani,,
see what u guys think,
my plan is to keep the period correct hotrod theme restoration

Nice score! I hope that was one of the $300-$500 bikes people give away!
Borrani are Italian made going back to the 1920's.
Looks like England and a Dunlop emblem. Don't worry about correctness with that rim. As long as you go with the 16" "HOG" wheel. Spokes are still plentiful on ebay. Plus you can go up to a 4" wide Harley rim. run a 150 tire with only 3/8" offset sprockets.
You pop the valve cover and you will find some nice early drop in, shim on top .410 cams!
Nice score! Takes me back to the period! I flourished back then with a dozen of those style bikes!
Here is a 16" x 4" hog wheel with Buchannon spokes
Livin in "CheektaVegas, NY
Went thru 25 of these in 40 yrs.
I SOLD OUT! THE KAW BARN IS EMPTY.
More room for The Old Girl, Harley 75 FLH Electra Glide,
Old faithful! Points ign. Bendix Orig. carb.
Starts everytime!
