REAR WHEEL HUB GPZ 1100 1984

Decided to install new tires and repaint the rims red, while at it I replace the wheel bearings on the back rim. Got the old bearings out, reinstalled the new set now the hub with the sprocket and rubber dampener will not seat properly into the rim. . I'm not sure if this is where it suppose to sit so far out . Is this right.
