Yeah the handlebars were cranked to the left for that pic, however that was just a shot from when I originally got the bike. The plastic on that reservoir was badly sun-damaged and I didn't trust it to be usable. I found an all-metal reservoir from a police bike and now have that in place, although with the handlebars I have that unit also leans inwards a bit, but not quite as bad.

The new handlebars I put on the bike appear to be similar in shape to what I see on your profile pic (and similar to what came on the bike) although just slightly lower, so the original throttle cable had enough room to work and I could turn the front wheel fully in both directions without it binding or stretching, so I figured the length is pretty decent. Here's a shot of what's on the bike now...


My last bike had handlebars with a really deep bend to them, which was uncomfortable on the hands after awhile. What I have on this bike is practically straight in comparison.
