Disc Brake Lock

I want to purchase a disc brake lock to my bike. I have measured the whole to be 7,5mm approx.
I found one called Oxford Screamer, but it has good lot of bad review.

Do you have some recommendation ?

Thank you all.

If you can get a Sargent and Greenleaf or other quality padlock with a removable shackle you can attach it to the rear brake rotor as shown below. This would at least slow down a thief as he would need to carry the back of the bike and steer the front (at least it would take 2 guys). Ed

this is what i use. www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/kryptonite-keeper-disc-lock

A disk lock only needs to be good enough to deter casual theft. professional thieves typically aren't targeting KZs. What ever you get make sure it has a "reminder cable" I watched my buddy dump his bike because he forgot the disk lock was on. pretty sure it bent his rotor too.

Looks like a pretty good solution but like the doctor says don't forget it as I could see where things could get bent....... a few months back when Steve wrote about his place getting cased out I had a dream someone rippped my bike and when I found it it was striped down.... when I seen the smooth bores were gone it upset me so I woke up shaking........ dreams can be pretty real sometimes.:silly:

My plan is to use it all the time so I cannot forget it.

I would still get the reminder cable. They are super cheap and work well

Famous last words.
Some locks come with a stretchy reminder cable that you connect to the handlebars.
I didn't use the reminder cable one time, then forgot about the lock and damaged the speedometer cable when rolling the bike off the center stand.
