I don`t have the air valve... what shall I do? what bolt can I use, is there special threads, I tried different sizes, but they are not fit 100%... ?
My plan is to install air valves later when I`m able to get 2, but for now is the plan jus to bolt of the wholes...
I can see that the end of the whole is graded in buttom?
Thank you all for helping me out.

The 10mm headlight bolt of my 81 650-CSR seems to be a good fit into the air valve orifice. see pic.
I don't know what the thread pitch is. If you find something that fits, teflon tape could be used to seal the threads.

Hem I think I tested 10mm, I will do again... So I don`t need to be afraid to damage the seat in the buttom of the whole?

I'm pretty sure the metric thread pitch on mine is 1.25 mm between threads.
standard pitch = 1.50 .... fine = 1.25 ... extra-fine = 1.00 ... JIS = 1.25 ... note: JIS = Japanese Industrial Standard
As for the bottom of the orifice, I don't think the air valve seats or seals there. The air valve has an o-ring.
Measure the depth of the orifice. also, look at how it's drilled at the bottom.
The 650-csr orifice is about 14mm deep. but the air valve threads are 10 mm in length.
I'm not sure how I'd do it, but you could try a socket screw or maybe a set screw. add washers &/or an o-ring as necessary.
Install the screw w teflon tape on the threads. with a set screw maybe put a small o-ring in the hole first.
The smallest available M10 socket screw is probably M10 x 16mm L.

Stainless Steel Button Head Screws A2 Hex Socket Bolts M3/M4/M5/M6/M8/M10 >>> Thread pitch not listed. ???
specialty set screw >>> ball point grub screw not recommending it. I just now stumbled across it on eb. the ball end is spring-loaded.

Usually, socket set screw, or just set screw.
