Oil Capacity front fork was created by gordone
I have a 650 SR 81 European model bike. I have overhaul the front fork.

Part I have used to rebuild the forks:
1. Lower fork, I`m not 100% sure what type it`s, if it`s original or not.... see attached photos.
2. Upper fork #39093-1067
3. Cylinder Fork Gearhead #44022-1071

I have talked with martin_csr about it, and we have talked about:

Oil:
81 KZ650-D. 245 cc = 375 mm.
80-81 KZ750-E (USA). 248 cc = 355 mm.
80-81 KZ750-E (Europe). 232 cc = 383 mm.
82 750-E/L. 255 cc = 382 mm.

Measurements:
add 232 cc. then measure (see manual). write 232 cc = xxx mm.
add 15 cc. the total amount of fork oil is now 245 cc. then measure. write 245 cc = xxx mm.
add 3 cc. the total amount of fork oil is now 248 cc. then measure. write 248 cc = xxx mm.
add 7 cc. the total amount of fork oil is now 255 cc. then measure. write 255 cc = xxx mm.

I can add in my bike it`s installed a 750-H(X) Ltd 81 engine who will be borred up to 810cc.

How much oil shall I use ?

Thank you for taking time looking into my questions.
