Flat o-ring

While restoring my 78'KZ650-C2 I was bleeding my brakes with my fully re-built calipers and noticed it was leaking from the piston, all new pistons & o-rings were installed so how could this possibly leak? Bummer now I have to take them apart again, has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to fix it? I was just about to finally ride it too ... :(

OK so the verdict is that I now have front brakes! No more leaks! Turns out that I didn't pinch anything or twist the flat o-ring. I took it apart inspected it adjusted the positioning a little, put everything together and I found a clogged hose, so I unclogged it and did the bleeding and now my front brakes are done! Now I will order the rear rebuild kit and then the rear brake will be next.
No I use K&L rebuild kits and I sold and used many K&L products and never had any issues with them at all.
