1984 KZ750 twin belt was created by mikestp
I have a KZ750 twin with a belt drive. It has mag wheels. I would like to find a pair of spoke rims for it. Can anyone let me know what years fit this bike? Will there be a problem with the belt drive? Thanks if you can help.

Probably the closest match would be the 82 KZ750-M1 CSR Twin. You'll have to figure out whether or not you can use the belt drive on that rear wheel. see rear wheel brake hub diagrams at Partzilla & eebbaayy photos. The M1 & K models have the same rear hub shock damper & brake shoes, so the wheels will probably swap. just an educated guess. I'm guessing you'd either swap sprockets or the entire sprocket carrier assys. The M1 & K have different brake panel assy part numbers, but the difference is probably just the color --- the M1 is silver, while the K is painted black.

Another one to look at is the 81-82 KZ650-CSR. 48-spoke wheels with aluminum rims. The 750-CSR is 40-spoke w steel rims.
I think the 650-CSR has the same shock damper & brake panel assy as the 750-CSR.
