where to get this wheel polished or chromed

I've got this fornt wheel that I'm putting on my KZ1000 pro street project. I have a 10.5" Weld racing on the back and its a very close match. I want the front to look like the chromed rear wheel. I know there are people that can mirror polish and to chrome it is about $350 plus round trip shipping. Anyone have any ideas? I talked to a guy in Chevy Chase that says he can polish it out to mirror finish. I looked at the shop reviews and they have a 3.5 rating from only 2 customers. One didnt like and the other loved them. Im in Maryland but will send it out if it is worth the additional $50 or so shipping. Tom
