No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationI bought this motion pro cable for my 77 Kawa KZ750 and its too short by about 2 inches. The manufacturer (Motion Pro) assures me its a stock cable. Where can I get the proper length cable? Seems my front brake caliper is a bit in the way, but the cable would still be too short.

Here is the one I bought:

I had to buy one for a KZ 900 LTD. The calipers being behind the forks made the stock one too short.

2 inches isnt so much (as the actress said to the bishop!). You might be able to lose most of that by rerouting it.

Unfortunately I threw the old cable out when it snapped when I was riding. I'll measure the new cable tomorrow but the part number is in the ebay listing i posted above

Search Z1Enterprises.com for KZ650 speedometer cable.
Check the Motion Pro catalog -->> Kawasaki applications pdf -->> KZ650B & KZ750B.
Then compare those numbers to the cable you received.

From the diagrams for the 750B, there are two part numbers for the B1-B2 & B3-B4. The 650B has the same speedo cable.

Dumb question: how do i know if I have the b1-b2 or b3-b4?
