Pivot Bolts

hey guys, im lookng for a solution for a pivot bolt. im swapping a zrx 1100 swing to my kz750. im not sure what to do. if there was a way to make a sleeve and retain the stock pivot bolt, i would perfer that . does anyone know the OD of the kz750 pivot bolt(.625?) vs the OD zrx1100? i have seen a few guys make new bolts and im not sure if the frame in required to be drilled. I have sent out some PM'S but got no response. this is my last hurdle. please help!

When I changed my swingarm,I kept the original KZ pivot bolt (Fitting in the frame holes) and the hollow GSXR swingarm pivot bolt (fitting in the swingarm retaining the original bearings) and had a sleeve made up to take up the rest of difference..

Man that's What I would like to do. I'm not sure what the difference in pivot bolt sizes are to warrant a thick enough sleeve. That's kinda what I'm looking to figure out. I would rather not modify my frame..

There are a coup[le guys here that can make you up some bushings.
