KZ650-E1 LTD 1980 - Fork Assembly

Hi all,
Lots of work to do to get my new buy '80 E1 LTD on the road.
I've stripped both forks but just want to check the assembly order....
You place the tube with the spring (part 1 and 2 in attached) down the fork tube, with the tube sticking out the end insert part 3 and 4 then push the lot into the outer fork tube casting and secure with the bottom allen head screw - is that the correct sequence?
