Any ideas on safety wiring the front sprocket nut? Not sure if it will weaken the nut or sprocket. Thanks

Did you use the correct sprocket lock washer with the tang & install it correctly as per the factory manual? assuming the bike is a KZ900.

No room for lock washer. I have a 630 sprocket that is offset. The nut is flush with the end of the shaft.
