Drum Brake Mod

Hello everybody

Does anybody know something about this rear wheel drum brake mod.
It looks like some slave cylinder is behind the brake shoe plate.but how it looks
on the other site?

That is pretty dang sexy, but I cannot imagine there is one speck of performance difference, since it is the same old drum brake inide.

Hello TexasKZ
This is no kind of performance mod for the rear brake.
If you use a 5.75 x 18 Akront rear wheel the stock rear break mechanism (brake rod and bar) for the brake pedal is no longer really usable.
In my case, (a not really good solution and a bad rear brake feedback) i have constructed.



In my actually project with rear disk brake, i will later go back to my Akront wire wheels with this drum brake mod.
other wise i have to buy and build in a special brake disk hub for wire wheels.
