Frame straightening was created by hawkrider
The rear part of my '81 KZ750E frame is tweaked. The wheel and swing arm appear to lined up correctly with the rest of the bike. It the tail light and rear fender are offset from the wheel. Any ideas for frame straightening?

I helped a friend straighten the seat rail section of his frame using 2x4's, a large sledge, and a come-along winch.

I saw the same thing when I bought my first bike, a 76 KZ400. The tail light and rear fender were offset quite a bit to one side. I was worried that the bike had been in an accident and the frame tweaked at some point. But the sprockets lined up and tires lined up fine. I found, like you that it was just the top rear of the frame was off a little. In fact when looking at it I could see that one side was bent in a little more than the other. I went searching in the forums and found lots of mentions of the same sort of things with other KZ400s in the old KZ400 forums. Seems like it was a common issue and I didn't worry about it any longer. I ended up using a couple extra rubber washers on one side of the fender to make up the difference. But I'm sure it could be bumped into shape like Nessism mentioned.

As above. Put a couple of straight edges past the wheels and check what is what. If your wheels are centered and the chain line is good, you should be ok.

I'll try this tonight. I have some good ratchet straps and a couple of good anchor points. We'll see how it goes. I'll keep you posted.

I was able to get things mostly straightened using lots of ratchet straps. The bike is back together and ready for state inspection. I've got a few more small things to attend to but it's rideable for now.
