Kz 1000 Ltd chassis rear fender

I have a Kz 1000 Ltd 1982. Can I attach a rear tailfin like on the 1979 Ltd. I want to customize the bike to lose the cruiser look?

Yes
Others have done it , but it is not a bolt on Modification

Thank you for your reply! Is there any pics or threads talking about this mod? I am very curious to know more about any tail mods on these bikes. I'm not crazy about the cruiser look. I have a 77 Kz 650 also and it's done very simply with all black and straight bars. I would like my 1000 to look more like my 650. Has anyone on here done this?
