Hi guys!

I’m Federico from Italy and, since 1 year, also the enthusiastic owner of a Kawasaki Z250-A3.

Now I decided to do an upgrade, but I need your help.

I know that there are a lot of discussions about fork swapping, but I can’t found the right info…I’m sure you can help me!

I bought a Suzuki GSX-R K4 fork, but now I have to understand what I need to do to mount it on my Z250.

OEM part of my steering/stem is 44037-1053 (same as the KZ440).

I also found that the bearings to adapt GSX-R fork to my Z250 are 99-3515-5 (both).

Now the question is…which stem I have to use to adapt the fork?

Can I use the original GSX-R stem or not?

I found this stem, but is for KZ400…will work also on my bike? cognitomoto.com/collections/fork-convers...rame-conversion-stem

Thank you so much!!!

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationWhat a wicked idea!

Getting a decent fork on a little ankle biter. B)

Unfortunately I believe it will be hard to find some one that has done a swap like this and documented it.
My 2 c is on that you try to find a second hand lower triple tree with the stem on flea-bay and then measure it up against the Suzuki stem. If the Suzuki stem doesn’t fit, grind out the weld that hold the seam to the tee and swap it on to the Suzuki lower tree.

Here is one from a Z250
