I cannot figure out how to install engine guards.

Please post close pictures of your engine guard installation points. I have KZ1000, but KZ750 probably has identical frame.
I have 2 sets. I got one with my bike and bought different ones from ebay. None of them work or I am just not smart enough.

I have the 3 point guards , they're supposed to be stronger than the others, hope I don't have to find out,
