I'm in need of a pic of anyone with a fairly original A1 to provide a decent pic or two of the seat hook....my search of the forum turned up someone last year or so looking for the same thing as both my 77's don't have a boss welded onto the frame to accept the hook and spring like my Mk2 does.

the fiche at PZilla shows a 78 frame with this 'tab' and a PN for the seat hook for the A2 but nothing listed for the A1.

I'm curious to what did the A1's come with as new???

any help is appreciated

thanks for your time and effort here Martin, odd how the 77 model was made without it.

Also I noted on these apparently original bikes how the frame paint varied from quite satin to low gloss.
