List of screw/bolt sizes for kz650 F1?

Hi all, I'd like to replace most of the JIS/philips head screws on my 1980 kz650 f1 with stainless cap head socket screws. Does anyone have a list of what to purchase.

There are sellers on ebay that put together complete engine sets at very low prices. All of the measuring has been done!

Thanks both. You're right, Z1 has them and ebay has them, though they don't list the parts, and I have (free) access to all these bolts, I just need to know what to take. I think I'll just go through the kawi parts list and make a list.
