Thanks for the suggestions.
Currently I am looking at honing the bore myself just to see what I can do.
I have also sources a local seller of a exact match to my original MC.
If it is in better condition then mine I will buy it and put the new piston in it and see how it goes.
I'll post picks of the results when I have them.

I agree with you completely.
If I have any doubts about the MC I will be sure to replace it with a new after market one.

Ok So I got the other MC for $20 and so far the bore is looking good. I had red sludge in it but it is really clean compared to my original one. the only problem I have with it is that the paint is all faded and the sight is stained(Any Tips to fix it). So far it isn't leaking at the piston. I have bled the system and gotten the elver some what firm, the bike brakes but in no really hurry is is missing that rock solid feeling it had originally. Are their any further bleeding techniques that I could try.

I have reverse bled the system to prime the MC. than just circulated Brake fluid till I couldn't see any more bubbles.

Sorry to digging up an oldish thread, but food for thought.

Finally I think this case will be closed.

From what the brake experts are telling me the lever I was using was not correct. On that note it looks oem to me but who knows. Right now it is depressing the piston just a bit to much or less I am not sure, by about seven thousands of an inch, which was stopping it from building up full pressure.

The reason this lever worked with previously is because the brake system was already bled and primed when I tried to re-bleed the system it was impossible because the lever was not correct.

So next time you are diagnosing brake problems make sure that the brake lever is included with your troubleshooting.
