kZ750B3 fork swap

I'd like to put a different set of forks on my 78 KZ750B3. Maybe something off a crOtch rocket? Has anyone done this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm using a set of YZF600R forks on my 78b3 project. The YZF triple clamp will work and I'll need to make make spacers for the wheel and rotors. I'll also use the YZF brake calipers and mastercylinder. I went with this fork because it is a cartridge fork and it is long enough to work. I will need to be creative when I mount the fender but that will be easy. If you have any questions, I'll help all that I can.
