Thank you sir. I found an old post where you suggested to use the distance between the swingarm bolt and the rear axle to adjust the rear wheel alignment. My swingarm alignment marks are not accurate so this works well and is much easier than string.

If you ever remove the swing arm (i.e. to replace swing arm bearing, etc.) you may want to measure the distance between the center of the swing arm pivot bolt and the chain adjustment marks. It's very easy to do with the swing arm off the bike since the centerstand, mufflers, etc. are not in the way. I did this and was surprised to find the marks on mine are extremely accurate. That may be just a fluke, but if you do that measurement and find your marks are not accurate you may be able to apply new marks to the swing arm which will make life easier in the future. Ed

I will make that a project for next spring.

I am not surprised your alignment marks were accurate. Your bike looks like a time capsule. Mine, not so much. It's been around and see some things.
