'83 KZ550 swingarm removal

I'm planning on doing the 30,000km driveshaft service to my 1983 KZ550M this weekend where I lubricate the propellar shaft joint with moly grease. Could someone walk me through how to remove the swingarm? Thanks, here's the swingarm parts diagram for reference.

This project turned out to be extremely straightforward 
I have one last question though. Does anyone know the approximate torque the pivot locknuts (#92015) are supposed to be tightened to? They were on very tight (I stood on a breaker bar to free them), but the factory manual doesn't list a torque to tighten them to.
