Alright guys...posted this on my Project Forum an only got one reply. We all now that their are members here with this model year and I need ur help.
Need location for the hazard buzzer location. Member reply that it goes under the head light bucket but it does not look right to me...thou wire does reach the connector. I remember it being near the coils but wire from harnes does not reach.
Anyone has a pic?

That's where they had it. Yeah it looked like a after thought. I put it on but disconnected it. Annoying. It also had a small regulator or heat sync. I never used it And the pull switch looked stupid too. I put a cigarette lighter there instead.

Yes! Dead, bottom center of the headlight bucket. 8mm bolt size hole. 13mm hex socket. That elongated slot is for the up and down motion for adjusting the headlight bucket.
But, yes the sound buzzer bolts to the bottom of the headlight bucket!
The first year they used it was on the 76 KZ900, no Z1 had one. It buzzed when the 4 way flashers were used and the turn signals.
Your thinking of by the coils? Maybe was the brake light failure indicator. The 4 way flasher had 2 wires at the plug, stuffed into the headlight bucket with all that mess.

I never had a adjusting bracket on my Z1 and the KZ 900 I cannibalized didn't have one ether.
