Yes. I have the same one. Works fine. You'll definitely want to use a dremel to grind the head off of any rivets you want to break first though.

Correction. I have one that looks the same but was only $20 on ebay and sold as a DRIVE chain breaker/riveter, not a cam chain breaker/riveter.
