KZ250 Seat Lock

I'm after a photo of a KZ250 seat lock. My bike has no seat lock, but it does have what appears to be a helmet lock on the opposite side, but I don't have the key for that.

It appears that the old seat lock has been hacked away, there are several drill holes there. I'm not sure if I could simply replace the old one, it might need a bracket replacing. The bar and hooks for the locking mechanism are there, just not the actual lock. You can see the assembly diagram here: www.partzilla.com/parts/search/Kawasaki/...Belt/SEAT/parts.html Part 27016 is what I'm missing.

Can somebody who has something similar take a photo, or provide any other options to mount a lock? They seem hard to come by, and I just need something that will work.

Edit: Here's the remains of my lock:

eebbaayy searches & eebbaayy UK searches = KZ250 seat lock & EX305 seat lock. Or KZ 250 or EX 305.

From eebbaayy UK --- Genuine Kawazaki Ex305 / Kz250 Seat Lock

But how does it mount? It looks like mine has been removed very roughly - if I buy a new lock, can I actually attach it?
