I just took a lok at my rear wheel and my sprocket is a lot closer to the swing arm than yours. To dark for a good photo even with flash but I can try again in the morning.

I have complete parts diagrams for the kz750ltd - h1 and here is the one for the rear hub.

In your second photo it looks like there is something between the collar #17 and the sprocket carrier. As far as I can remember the collar fits into the dust seal #19. Is it possible you have part #13 wrong way around or wrong side of the sprocket carrier (not sure of correct name for this part). ?

I think you were here some time ago under different name. Colorado ?

I got it. Jeez sorry guys I must be special. The right spacer was fine. The left spacer actually would fit in the left seal, the problem was that coupler was in the way. The coupler needed to go behind the whole sprocket cover. It must have fallen out when I took it apart and I just stuck it on the outside. Thanks for your help.

No I was never on here before. I'm always fpdavis4. you are jrbrownie on instagram right? Anyways, I think we figured it out at the same time haha but yeah you were exactly right. That coupler part 13 needed to go on the other side of the sprocket carrier.

No need to apologise. We all do stuff like that. I may have just replaced an entire ignition key switch assembly when a fuse holder would have done the job

Glad it worked out

Here is a pic for some visual "closure" of how it should actually look.
