is it possible to swap a chain drive transmission, and swing arm? maybe off a gpz1100?

Yep, swap the transmission output shaft, shift drum, shifter and trans door; then mod a swingarm to fit, find a clutch cover, and maybe a clutch pushrod. Any 81-2002 kz1000 chain drive parts should work
