KZ440 shock absorber replacement recommendations?

My old shocks seem to have a lot of spring, and that's about it. I would like to replace them with a similar shock, but with working dampeners. Buying used off ebay and I may just get some one elses worn out shocks. Any recommendations?

I put gas filled progressive shocks on mine and I think they are great.
