Belt to chain conversion tips...

I did a search in the filebase for info on this and found nothing. Maybe my search text "belt to chain conversion" was too specific? Anyway, I would like to change the belt drive on my 81 kz440 ltd to chain. Is there more involved than just changing the front and rear belt pulleys to sprockets?

Just remove the belt and pulleys and install the sprockets and chain.
Make sure the sprockets are lined up.
