i have a 1994 kz1000 police that been seating for 4 years the front brake were dry filled master cylinder and got brake fluid out of bango fitting but no hard leaver is the caliber frozen

Time to rebuild calipers and master cylinders.
Were the carbs off of it while it was sitting?

Still recovering,some days are better than others.

yea but went over the top end and remove head and clean everthing
