Anyone know if the master cylinder for the twin front disk brakes that came on the LTD is different than the one for a single disk. I am finally getting around to adding the second disk for my kz900.

YES
the dual master cylinder will have 5/8 on it. The bore is bigger to push more fluid.
the single brake master cylinder will have 14 on it.
these are the triangle shaped ones.
YOU CAN SEE THE 14 ON THE SINGLE MASTER CYLINDER
HERE IS YOUR DUAL 5/8 MASTER CYLINDER

04 Honda rebel 250(wifes)
04 GSXR 750(bolt on galore)
98 CBR 600F3(filter, pipe, adjustable cam sprokets, dyno tune)
76 KZ900A (LTD gauge pods, crash bars, LTD(style)pipes, dyna coils and ignition,headwork and mild port cleanup by cavanaugh racing, K&N filter pods, heck I dunno.

The answer you got in the engine catagory was sound. You will need a 5/8" master to push duals. I have one that's in need of a rebuild, maybe more (I have to look)(its ugly as sin) that you could have for the price of shipping+$1.87. Don't quote me, I need to make sure its complete, but its yours if you want it
